At 1022 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles southeast of Hastings, moving southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and excessive cloud-to-ground lightning. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Excessive cloud-to-ground lightning is occurring. Locations impacted include… Palm Coast and Espanola.
