A magnitude 4.4 earthquake near Pozzuoli, Naples, Campania, Italy, was reported only 16 minutes ago by the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), considered one of the key international agencies that monitor seismic activity worldwide. The earthquake occurred at a very shallow depth of 2.60 km beneath the epicenter around noon on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025, at 12:07 pm local time.
