Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 823 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated elevated flows along area creeks and streams, some of which may be out of their banks. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Roxboro, Concord, Surl, Bushy Fork, Bethel Hill, Mayo Reservoir, Hyco Lake, Hyco Marina and Moriah.
