Asama (Honshu): The Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) reported that unrest continued at Asamayama between 5 September 2025 (local) and 8 September 2025 (local). The alert level at Asamayama remained at “Level 2 – Restriction on proximity to the crater” (on a 5-level scale).
