Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 143 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. Patchy dense fog has developed across the area early this morning, with visibility ranging from unrestricted to less than one-quarter of a mile. Fog is most widespread and dense in low-lying areas, especially near creeks and rivers. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly fluctuating and locally very low visibility early this morning. Visibility will gradually improve as fog lifts after sunrise.
