The Chemical Engineering Department in the College of Engineering at the University of Washington invites applications for a full-time (1.0 FTE) faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor with an anticipated start date of September 2027. Specific rank will be commensurate with experience and qualifications as generally described in UW’s Faculty Code Section 24-34.

We seek applicants who demonstrate commitment to excellence in research, teaching, and service in a diverse and inclusive academic community.
