Patchy dense fog will reduce visibility to one quarter mile or less in parts of western and central North Dakota, mainly west of Highway 83, early this morning. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibility, and should use extra caution traveling. Visibility should improve by mid to late morning.
