Breaking waves of 13 to 18 feet are expected. * WHERE…Pacific Coast beaches. * WHEN…From Thursday afternoon through Monday evening. * IMPACTS…Sneaker waves can unexpectedly run significantly farther up the beach than normal, including over rocks and jetties.
