At 1113 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Bay, moving northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD…Winds in excess of 30 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Apt, Paulding, Scobeville, Calumet, New Survey, Vail, Etowah, Gobler, Covington, Gum Point, Whisp, Farrville, Craighead Forest Park, Needham, Bunney, Noland, Milligan Ridge, Victoria, Roseland, and Buck Donic.
