Recent satellite imagery and regional observations show areas of fog across southeast Virginia and northeast North Carolina. Visibility will primarily range between one half and two miles, but will be locally be reduced to one quarter mile or less. Expect areas of fog to continue early this morning with locally dense fog possible until 830 to 900 AM. Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to the areas of dense fog. Drive at reduced speeds and use low beam headlights only.
