* WHAT…Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of north central Colorado, including the following county, southeastern Larimer. * WHEN…Until 1015 PM MDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 822 PM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This may cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Loveland, Windsor and Campion.
