The National Weather Service in El Paso has issued a * Dust Storm Warning for… Northwestern Otero County in south central New Mexico… * Until 930 PM MDT. * At 827 PM MDT, blowing dust was spreading east from the Tularosa Basin towards the US-54 corridor, lofted by scattered thunderstorms. Dust will impact the area around Tularosa shortly. The dust will cross US-54 near Three Rivers by 8:45 PM, and affect areas further south shortly thereafter.
