For the Ouachita River…including Jones Mill Dcp, Arkadelphia, Camden, Thatcher L&D…Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE…Ouachita River at Thatcher L&D. * WHEN…Until further notice. * IMPACTS…At 80.0 feet, Minor flooding occurs at this level. Levee gates should be closed to prevent the river from backing into Calion Lake. Access to oil and gas rigs and to timber is flooded. There is wide coverage of flooding in the river bottoms. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 8:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of central Kentucky, including the following counties, Anderson, Boyle, Franklin, Henry, Marion, Mercer, Nelson, Scott, Shelby, Spencer, Taylor, Washington and Woodford. * WHEN…Until 130 PM EDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1020 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. – Some locations that will experience flooding

…The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a Flood Advisory for the following rivers in Arkansas… Arkansas River at Ozark Lock and Dam affecting Logan, Johnson and Franklin Counties. * WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…Arkansas River at Ozark Lock and Dam. * WHEN…From this morning until further notice. * IMPACTS…At 355.5 feet, the river remains in its banks, but access to Okane Island may be cut off. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 9:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was estimated to be 356.99 feet. – Forecast…The river is expected to slowly fall thru Tuesday to around 355.6 feet, and then fluctuate near 355.6 feet thru Friday.
