Rainfall rates of 0.30 to 0.70 inch per hour are expected up to and during the period of the watch. In Washington, Upper Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest. * WHEN…Until 1 PM PDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Wet snow is expected mainly above 4000 feet. This will impact the higher mountain passes including White Pass and Santiam Pass. Anyone with outdoor activities in the mountains this weekend should be prepared for changing weather conditions.
