Pockets of dense fog have developed across southern Kentucky this morning, with visibility around a half mile or less in spots. Fog is most common in river valleys. If driving in dense fog, use low beam headlights, slow down, and leave plenty of distance between vehicles. The fog will dissipate in most locations by 830 AM CDT.
