In west central Ohio, Greene. * WHEN…Until 430 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1018 AM EDT, Local law enforcement reported continued minor flooding across the advisory area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible.
