At 916 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13 miles east of Felt, or 14 miles south of Boise City, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Cimarron and northeastern Dallam Counties.

Additionally, Moderate Swim Risk conditions are expected for Milwaukee, Racine, and Kenosha county beaches during a similar timeframe.
