Assistant/Associate Professor in National Defense & Security – Engineering

The Nhữ Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at the University of California, Irvine invites applications for an Assistant Professor (Tenure-Track) position in Quantum and Semiconductor Engineering, with an anticipated start in July 2027. Advances in quantum computing, sensing, and communications increasingly hinge on engineered semiconductor platforms, heterogeneous integration, and the device/circuit infrastructure that connects quantum hardware to scalable systems.
