At 128 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line extending from near Marysville to 3 miles southwest of Simpson. Movement was south at 25 mph. HAZARD…Strong wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include… Concordia, Clay Center, Marysville, Hiawatha, Sabetha, Minneapolis, Seneca, Washington, Blue Rapids, Frankfort, Clyde, Hanover, Waterville, Clifton, Miltonvale, Centralia, Glasco, Leonardville, Linn, and Axtell.

At 128 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was centered between Kearney and Gibbon, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD…Quarter size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. In addition, earlier there were several reports of hail to around the size of quarters in Kearney around 115 AM CDT. IMPACT…Damage to vehicles is expected. Locations impacted include… Gibbon. This Warning no longer includes the city of Kearney.
