Locations impacted include… Logan, Chapmanville, Man, Chief Logan State Park, Wharton, Amherstdale-Robinette, Mallory, Mount Gay-Shamrock, West Logan, Mitchell Heights, Turtle Creek, Blair, Sharples, and Jeffrey. This includes Route 119 between mile markers 31 and 49.
