* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE…A portion of southeast South Carolina, including the following counties, Beaufort, Charleston and Colleton. * WHEN…Until 545 AM EDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 425 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. At 210 AM MDT, the rain shower was about 9 miles northeast of Belgrade, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE…Observation. The Bozeman Airport had a wind gust to 49 mph at 156 AM. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Gallatin County.
