Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Strong thunderstorms will be near… Hastings, Roseland, Holstein, and Inland around 1125 PM CDT. Juniata and Trumbull around 1130 PM CDT. Hansen around 1140 PM CDT.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE…A portion of northwest Kansas, including the following county, Cheyenne. * WHEN…Until 300 AM CDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1119 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… St. Francis, Bird City and Wheeler.
