IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Grand County.

At 827 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 18 miles east of Hanksville, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northern Garfield, eastern Wayne and southeastern Emery Counties. This includes Utah Route 95 between mile markers 4 and 18.
