The Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering (MIE) at the University of Massachusetts Amherst is seeking talented applicants qualified for a tenure-track assistant professor position in additive and advanced manufacturing. Under exceptional circumstances, highly qualified candidates at other ranks may receive consideration. The appointment is expected to begin September 1, 2027.
