The Environmental influences on Child Health Outcomes (ECHO) Program’s mission is to enhance the health of children for generations to come through collaborative research that informs programs, policy, or practice. Inclusion of  many perspectives can help ECHO achieve this goal by fostering scientific innovation, improving the quality of the research, and enhancing public trust. As such, the ECHO Program is committed to supporting a diverse biomedical research workforce, including individuals from groups identified in NOT-OD-20-031 – Notice of NIH’s Interest in Diversity as underrepresented in the biomedical, clinical, behavioral and social sciences.
