Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen on already saturated grounds, with an additional inch of rainfall possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
