At 523 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 13 miles northwest of Alva to 10 miles east of Freedom. Movement was east at 35 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include… Alva and Capron.
