At 1019 PM AST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Ponce, moving northwest at 20 to 25 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and funnel clouds possible. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
