* WHAT…Hazardous surf of 7 to 10 ft. * WHERE…North and east facing reefs of Kosrae. North facing reefs of Pohnpei. * WHEN…Until 4 PM ChST Thursday. * IMPACTS…Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A long period northerly swell emanating from a distant weather system combined with a large northeast trade swell are producing hazardous surf conditions for Pohnpei and Kosrae. Surf conditions look to remain hazardous through at least Thursday afternoon.

* WHAT…Isolated minor coastal flooding. * WHERE…North and east facing low-lying beaches of Majuro. * WHEN…Through Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS…Some water on low lying roads and property. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Tide predictions show increasing wave run up across Majuro this week due a combination of the lunar cycle and a north swell from a distant weather system. Isolated minor coastal flooding is expected through at least Friday afternoon.
