The Institute of Electrical and Micro Engineering at EPFL invites applications for a faculty position in Electronics, at the level of Tenure Track Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor.

We are seeking exceptional candidates with a strong record of innovation in the design, implementation, and experimental realization of electronic circuits. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to:

Analog and mixed-signal circuit design, including radio-frequency (RF) and millimeter-wave circuits, for communication, sensing, imaging, and signal processing; Low-power and high-performance circuits for emerging applications in edge AI, quantum technologies, biomedical systems, and 6G communications; Digital and VLSI circuit design in both mature and emerging device technologies, including 3D integration, neuromorphic, and energy-efficient architectures; Electronic design automation (EDA) for analog, RF, and mixed-signal circuits, as well as co-design methodologies bridging circuits, systems, and devices.
