* WHAT…Southeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. * WHERE…Lake County. Mostly isolated to high ridges and on Clear Lake. * WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to 7 AM PST Thursday. Strongest between 11 PM and 5 AM. * IMPACTS…Wind gusts will be particularly strong along windward ridges. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The strongest winds are expected after dark.

Strongest between 11 PM and 5 AM. * IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Wind gusts will be particularly strong along windward ridges and exposed coastal headlands.
