* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE…A portion of southwest California, including the following counties, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara. * WHEN…Until 1130 PM PST. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 951 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain with widespread rain rates of 0.25 to 0.5 inches per hour observed. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2.0 inches of rain have fallen thus far.
