Wind impacting handling of high profile vehicles. Frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes. Strong thunderstorms will be near… Clarksville around 840 PM EDT. Boydton around 845 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by these storms include Spanish Grove, Beechwood, Bowens Corner, John H Kerr Dam, North View, Finchley, White Plains, Skipwith, Forksville, and Fairview.
