IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include… Port St. Joe, White City, Nine Mile, Buck Siding, Eleven Mile, Thirteen Mile, Odena, Cape San Blas, Indian Pass, Tilton, Beverly, Jones Homestead, Ward Ridge, Bay City, Howard Creek, Willis Landing, Simmons Bayou, Hays Place, and Fort Gadsden.

Additional snow accumulations up to 6 inches, highest north and west of US-41. * WHERE…Keweenaw County. * WHEN…Until 10 AM EST this morning. * IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Shifts in the lake effect snow band location will drastically affect snowfall totals. If positioned just offshore to the north, accumulations will be limited to around 1 inch. A more southerly position could yield amounts up to 6 inches.

..POCKETS OF DENSE FOG NEAR THE MISSOURI RIVER… Pockets of dense fog will continue through the early this morning hours. Visibility may be reduced to around a quarter mile at times. Those traveling this morning should be prepared for rapidly changing visibility and reduced travel speeds, especially near the Missouri River. Plan extra time to get to your destination. The combination of temperatures below freezing and dense fog could result in light icing on vehicles, roads, and sidewalks.
