WEATHER… * Areas of dense freezing fog will impact the area through the morning commute. Temperatures ranging between 14 and 19 degrees will allow moisture to freeze on some untreated roadways. IMPACTS… * Fog in contact with the ground may freeze on roads leading to slippery conditions particularly on bridges, exit ramps and overpasses. * Dense fog will reduce visibilities to one quarter mile or less at times. Rapid fluctuations of visibility will occur.
